In
honor of Arbor Week the City is hosting another bike tour of some of
the City’s designated Heritage and Century Trees. Below are the details.
Heritage Trees Bike Ride
Join fellow cyclists on Sunday, April 7 for a 13.5 mile bicycle tour of Lake Oswego’s Heritage and Century Trees! We’ll take a hilly tour of Lake Oswego’s neighborhoods to visit some of the City’s oldest, grandest trees. The event also marks the kick-off of the Sustainability Advisory Board’s 100 Mile Challenge! Come learn about the challenge and take a peek at the bike you can win if you sign-up for the challenge.
To register for the ride on April 7, please contact me at lweigel@ci.oswego.or.us or 503.675.3730.
Meet at Lower Millennium Park, 11:30 am.
A Bike Gallery mechanic will be riding along in case you have mechanical difficulties! There will be Arbor Week festivities at the park after the ride!
Hope to see on April 7th!
